Producer: Cardinal Point Price: $17 Vintage: 2010 Winemaker Notes: Grape varieties: Riesling, Gewurtztraminer, Viognier, and Traminette. Tasting Notes: Apple and pear and peach notes with a refreshing finish. Technical Notes: No malolactic fermentation. 3% residual sugar. Food Pairing: Blue cheese on crusty bread, liver pate, or thai food.
