Cellar Selection: Elderton Command Shiraz 2005

Producer: Elderton Wines Region: Barossa Valley, Southern Australia Price: $95 Vintage: 2005 Varietals: 100% Shiraz ABV: 14.5% Virginia Pour House Notes: Dark chocolate covered blackberries, light oak and smoky, wild dark berry seduce the nose. Deep and complex; seductive yet refined. A lady in the glass, but kinky on the palate. The most velvety structured wine to hit my palate to date – incredibly well produced and a top tier wine.   Producer: Elderton Wines Region: Barossa Valley, Southern Australia Price: $95 Vintage: 2005 Varietals: 100% Shiraz ABV: 14.5% Virginia Pour House Notes: Dark chocolate covered blackberries, light oak and …
